Ms. Bappe holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Denver and has worked in the Human Services field for 33 years in a variety of settings, most of these focused on treating youth with co-occurring disorders and their families. She has been a clinical supervisor in several settings including Psychiatric Hospitalization, Addiction Treatment, and Behavioral Health. Ms. Bappe has been a trainer for 21 years in topic areas such as crisis management, de-escalation techniques, experiential therapy, gender specific programming, and substance abuse treatment. She has taught Certified Addiction Counselor required by the State of Colorado for the past 19 years.
