Course Description
National Certified Addiction Counselor – NCAC I & II Prep course is designed for students preparing to take NCAC I exam towards their CAC II or take the NCAC II exam toward their CAC III. The class focuses on the primary competency area’s for review: Pharmacology / Clinical Supervision / Co – Occurring Disorders / Ethics / Counseling Theories/ Integrative Treatment (MAT) plus practice testing, tips on testing and a resource guide.
Time/Duration: Virtual class meets online via Zoom from 8:30 – 4:00 for 1 day (6 hours) Students will also have an online classroom with link, handouts and resource material for class. Enrolled students will receive online classroom login/password 2 days prior to class start date.
